I Created The Life Of My Wildest Dreams

You Can Too


I believe that most people would love to change and

improve at least one area of their lives. I was the

exception. I wanted to improve and drastically

change every area of my life.

I tried everything for ten years to do just that.

Although I made improvements by degree, I couldn’t

lift myself out of the worst thing of all - mediocrity.

One day something just snapped inside me. I

couldn’t live this life any longer, I decided I was

changing everything. I gave up a very profitable

cleaning business, moved to Southern California, left

all my friends and family, and eventually became a

writer.

My life became very exciting for a whole host of

reasons. Not the least of which was that I had no

money or idea of a career for the first 6 month’s. I

knew I had to learn to overcome fear, worry, and

doubt. Those feelings were the old me, and that me

was gone forever. I needed to create a habit of

trusting in the process and the flow of my life. I took

hold of my reins and created the magnificent life of

my dreams, in fact, far, far, beyond my dreams.

Included in this special report are four of the simple

steps I took in the creation of my dream life. You too

can realize any and all of your dreams and desires.

Whatever you can dream, you can do, and you can

be. It is that simple. So Dream Big, you are

deserving of the greatness that is being born within

you right now.

Choose 1 at a time to incorporate into your daily

routine. Pick the one that most excites you so you’ll

stick with it. Layer one idea on top of the other until

you have integrated them all into the core of your

very being. Commit to mastering these simple steps

and you’ll hit your mark every time!

Before you know it, you’ll be it. It is that simple.

Now please don’t confuse simple with easy. Who

you are and what you are doing now is easiest. Your

ways and behaviors have become habitual and

automatic. When you are changing anything it takes

some work but most important a commitment to

guide your thoughts to the new (feeling good) way of

thinking.

In time this new way of thinking and being will

become easiest, habitual and automatic, like

breathing. Until that happens give yourself a break

and gently ease into this new you. Give it some time

and understand one of your greatest tools is your

beautiful mind and the thought’s that inhabit it.

Discipline yourself to think ‘rightly’ feeling good and

creating anything you desire.

Most importantly….. Have Fun! Fun is the stuffing

of life. Fun should be in everything you do, it’s a

state of mind rather than a location or action.

I’ve emphasized the word ‘feeling’ and ‘feel’ because

the more you can feel your desires and get them on

an emotional level it speeds up the desires arrival into

your reality.

FEEL GRATEFUL and THANKFUL

Gratitude is an absolute in the creation of the

magnificent new you. You must ‘feel’ grateful for

everything you now have, so you can receive more

abundance (in all areas) of your life. You can’t bring

abundance in your life by harboring the feelings of

lack. ‘Feeling’ lack brings you more lack.

Example…..Even if you don’t have your dream

career right now, you can be grateful you have a job

that pays your bills. If you don’t have a mate yet,

you can be grateful you have a good friend or family

member to rely on. If you aren’t the weight you

prefer, you can be thankful you have plenty to eat

knowing many people in the world do not, and that at

any time you make a firm decision to lose the weight

– you will!.

Find the reasons to be thankful, feel thankful in your

heart for all your blessings - often. Learn to switch to

a mode of gratitude like flipping a light switch to the

on position and watch your life transform before your

eyes. See, there is another reason to feel grateful, if

you have eyes to see, you are enormously blessed.

Can you imagine a life without sight? No, and you

wouldn’t want to. The point is…… to realize you

have so many blessings, countless blessings indeed.

It is not enough to be grateful once a week and then

think that will cover it. Gratitude and thankfulness

need to be thought of many times a day, like

breathing. Can you live on one breath a week?

Finally…. Make a gratitude list and look at it every

day at least once. Preferably in the morning and

before you go to sleep. As you read each item on

your list, ‘feel’ in your heart thankful for the

abundance you have. Do not think of what you don’t

have, give it NO thought at all. That would be

thinking of lack and this is an exercise in abundance.

JOY and HAPPINESS

As you go through your day notice what makes you

feel Joy and Happiness. These feelings are indicators

that these things are right for you to be doing. We

may feel we have to still do some things that we

don’t prefer (for now) such as a certain job (and be

grateful we have a job), however we can rest assured

this is temporary.

Example…..We can also realize and use reason to see

that ‘feeling’ Joy and Happiness right now is a choice

we have the right to make. We can at this moment

‘feel’ Happy and Joyous by smiling, thinking of

something funny, or remembering our dreams and

keeping the vision of those dreams in front of us.

Use visualization to keep your dreams alive and in

front of you. Visualize ONLY what you are desiring,

don’t give even one precious thought to what you do

not want. Keep your eyes on the ball - the ball being

your dream.

Desire is a form of prayer. Simply put forth an

honest desire into your heart and know it will

manifest into your reality. Whether you desire peace,

love, happiness, a fun career, plenty of money, great

health, a new car or home, there are no limits except

the limits you impose on yourself. Imagine these as

if they were already yours now, ‘feel’ what it ‘feels’

like to be them, and live them now.

INTEND IT INTO EXISTENCE

Our intentions drive everything we are and do. Even

if we aren’t aware of some of our intentions. The

Universe rearranges our reality to bring our intentions

to fruition. Intentions are the seeds in the garden,

once planted, even if forgotten, they’ll eventually pop

up both wanted or unwanted.

Examine and become clear and detailed about what

your intentions are. Transfer those intentions into

‘feelings’ and then let the Universe do it’s job, the

growing of the seeds you planted with your

intentions.

Example…. You may say you are seeking a peaceful,

harmonious life. You may search diligently for the

ways of peace and harmony. You may even be doing

many of the right things that could lead to growth.

Yet you do not grow, you do not change, you do not

feel peace or harmony and may even feel discouraged

as time goes on, why?

This is because if your underlying intention is drama

and getting attention for example, then becoming

peaceful and harmonious are not in line with this

deep and true intention of drama. Creating the

problems which will allow your true intentions of

drama and getting attention will continue to manifest

as your reality. Perhaps illness will also manifest into

your reality as a result of all the turmoil within you.

This is still within your original intention as illness

will draw all sorts of new drama and attention to you.

Daydream about your new intentions. See yourself

driving that brand new car (as if you were sitting IN

the drivers seat looking out). Play a movie with you

as the star, there may be a beautiful, loving mate, a

new dream home, an exhilarating career, having

plenty of money, living in a new city, maybe your on

one of your many exotic vacations with great friends

and your sexy mate. Remember to be in the movie

seeing everything with your own eyes, not watching

yourself from another location or from above.

Make an ‘intention list’ or a ‘my new life now’ script.

Make it look pretty by designing it on your computer.

Use the term “I’ve always” or “I am” before

everything on your list. I’ve always been wealthy,

I’ve always lived the life I’ve imagined, I’ve always

been a successful writer, I am very healthy, happy,

fun, alive, exciting, beautiful, sexy, etc.

PUT YOUR ATTENTION ON YOUR DREAM

What you put your attention on - grows. Put your

attention only on what you DO want, giving No

attention to what you don’t want. This is so

important that it bares repeating. Everything you put

your attention on will materialize in your life whether

you want it or not! EVERYTHING!!!

Example…..You don’t have enough money each

month to even pay your bills. You are upset and

worried about not having enough money at the end of

the month to pay your bills. As a result, at the end of

the month you once again don’t have enough money

to pay your bills.

You can insert any and all problems in this scenario.

It’s all the same process. What you keep looking at,

replaying in your mind, complaining about, worrying

about, thinking about, putting your attention on, you

keep getting more of as your experience.

Example…..You desire to meet your soul mate and

have a loving relationship. You think about it all the

time. Yet you believe the statistics that tell you that

you have a better chance of being hit by lightning

then you do of meeting your soul mate. You are

worried you won’t ever meet them. Even if you did

would they love you?

This is defeatist thinking. It will only get you more

of what you now have, being alone. Your soul mate

is out there and looking for you too. You are not

thinking the thoughts that are in alignment with

attracting your new mate, so they do not materialize.

Think about how wonderful it is to be loved and to

love someone so deeply, to have a trust and a bond

beyond what most people ever get to experience.

‘Feel’ how incredible it is to have your mate as your

best friend and lover. Growing together in harmony

and love as a team.

We usually put our attention on what we love. We

give our garden our attention and it grows healthy,

yummy veggies and beautiful fragrant flowers. You

pulled out the weeds, fertilized it, and gave it water.

You gave it your love. You more than likely had fun

tending it too.

A final though to ponder….. You have the most

awesome computer inside you that exists anywhere –

Your Brain ! Your consciousness (you while you’re

awake) is the programmer. Your subconscious (you

while your sleeping) is the computer with no concept

of choice. It simply delivers to the programmer what

it was programmed to deliver. Discipline yourself

and allow entry into your mind and thoughts only

your desires. The uplifting thoughts that help you to

realize your genius and awaken your creativity.

Stand guard at the door of your thought and refuse

entry to the lower thoughts and energies knowing

they also will become who you are if entertained long

enough.

Your subconscious has no concept of right, wrong or

indifference. It is a mini Universe right inside you

giving flight to everything you give thought to

without exception.

Live every moment of your life with Love, Peace and

Joy and you’ll have it made. Or I should say “YOU

will have made it.”
